I was provided with a poorly performed service, instead of a complex car wash for 600 rubles. I received a technical sink with rugs and a badly vacuumed interior. My complaint was that the plastic panel was dirty, the ashtray was full, the cup holders and armrests, respectively, were not wiped, not to mention the space between the rugs (there was also sand). My request to correct my work was followed by a sharp refusal and threats from the management. My wishes: to learn how to perform the service that is paid for you in a quality manner, to be customer-oriented and interested in your work.
