Приехали в пятницу по записи на 19.00 на прививку кота. Приехали без опозданий, на 10 минут раньше. Перед нами зашла дама с кошкой. В итоге время 19.20, а нас так и не приняли. На наш вопрос, девушка ответила: "ожидайте, вас пригласят". Отношение не то, что хамское, но осадок остался. В пятницу вечером не охота сидеть в ветеринарке и ждать. Я больше сюда не поеду однозначно. Люди не дорожат временем своих клиентов. Я считаю, что если вы берете деньги за услуги-оказывайте их качественно. Сейчас не то время, чтоб разбрасываться клиентами. Прививку сделать 5 минут, а осмотр может растянуться на неопределенное время. Нужно понимать, кого и когда запускать, тем более если у вас не живая очередь, а по записи работа.
