Payment and booking took place simply by transfer to the card to a private person. Apparently they are avoiding taxes. It is forbidden to be with animals in the glamping, arrival with them must be agreed and the animal cannot leave the room. At the same time, there are a lot of stray dogs and cats on the territory. Strange leadership position. Despite the fact that all the leading restaurants and hotels have long become dog-friendly. A bunch of incomprehensible rules and prohibitions. All questions are refused and we cannot. Rooms cost from 6500 to 7500. The cost of a 4 * hotel. At the same time, the service is one star. The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not even taken out and the toilet paper was not checked. How is it possible if you live for several days ?! The most unpleasant thing happened when friends could not come on the armor because of the covid. They asked to postpone the visit or cancel the reservation, to which they were told: "We don't care that you have a coronavirus, you can come and live in your room, we will not refund your money." Moreover, everyone has breakfast in the same room. The ecosphere itself is very pleasant, there are no complaints about nature and the view from the windows. Very impressive. The linen is clean, the bed is very comfortable and soft. The panoramic windows themselves were a little dirty, but not critical.
