On November 15, 2019, she turned to the salon to restore the lost SIM card, Cherkashina told me that the debt on the card was due to purchase through some application, she could not name the amount of debt, I supposedly should know it myself and should deposit money to guess what the debt on the card, so that she could give me the card in exchange for the lost one, took a fee of 62 rubles from me, then I began to deposit money myself, guessed it, paid 50 rubles, again it turned out that the debt was not covered by her words. I decided to block the card, since most likely the stranger used the card, K. Cherkashin. stated that the debt was not provided by Beeline and she cannot provide information about the debt. It was not clear how some application provided purchase debt at 0 balance and I again consulted with another Beeline salon, it turned out that the debt was due to Beeline providing 50 rubles and interest was taken for these services, there is no debt on the card at the moment, I paid for it with Cherkashina. Why now she could not see this information or did not want, that is the question. In my presence, I was rude to the man who came to pay for the Internet, quarreled with him, entered into an argument, instead of explaining that he had run out of action on the issue. Disgusting work!
