We arrived today at the Bank’s branch, at 10 o’clock, it’s just closed, no one answers calls, they rang the doorbell, similarly. It is very ugly to do so in winter, in a snowstorm. And there were a lot of people like me. An appeal is either to set the hours of work correctly, or to work in the established hours.
