Krasnodar International Airport

It’s impossible to get an answer from a real person. They make you wait on the line for half an hour by saying you are 11th or 10th on the line, but at the end of the line they just hang up on you. Awful service. The situation with the pandemic is understandable, but the way they treat people is absolutely ridiculous!

Going through this airport was like visiting a place in hell! Easily the worst airport I have seen in my life, and I have seen a lot. There are several check points, one of them with no boxes so you are expected to put your jacket on the conveyor belt. The officer inspected my passport for about 10 minutes...as if it was the first US passport she had seen in her life! Suspicious people with the old Soviet mentality! By the way, almost no one speaks English, in an international airport!! Welcome to Krasnodar!!!

Very cozy, small airport. Great service and wonderful staff, I had online check-in printed my bording pass. Only issue I can mention is wall outlets are only available by first two pillars no seats near by to watch your phone. After ticket check and security ,in my opinion too strict) You pass through the duty free store, waiting area had a small bar, few more stores, and vending machines) I loved it!

All of the city is fine
