Nice place, nice staff, fast deliveries

I am in another city. I ordered delivery in the amount of 20,000 rubles. The goods were paid for, before leaving, I wrote a power of attorney to a relative, left my passport, asked to pick up the cargo. The cargo was not issued - they require a notarized power of attorney for cargo over 10,000. The question is - why, and how can I do this, being in another city ??? Then, when I return in a week or two, they will demand payment from me for storage. What kind of moronism ??? First and last time with them.

The cargo from Moscow did not even leave for Bryansk in 3 days. Not warned, the quality of logistics has become just awful.
