Run away from this clinic! It's just a nightmare. We contacted her for the first time in August 2020 (on the advice of a friend). It was not even embarrassing that kidney diagnoses were made without an ultrasound scan and that blood tests were taken in the acute stage. Seals, prescriptions on the form, diagnosis .... no. A sheet from a notebook. We closed our eyes. It was told that they should come again in another month to donate blood again. Two months have passed. We decided to get tested. The clinic's phone number does not work, and it is not possible to find out the opening hours and tests. On October 17, we went to the clinic to find out if they were working. We learned that the number was changed, and the tests were taken on any working day of the clinic from 9 am. All. We arrived today to take it. There is no doctor, they asked to wait. Literally a couple of minutes later, the nurse called and I went with the cat to take. The doctor immediately offered a restraint carrying, but since we had already tried to donate blood in it the last time and everything was in vain (with her!) .... I reminded her of this and offered to hold it in her hands, as we donated in the last time. Our cat sits ... very calmly, she inserted the catheter .... and it began .... the needle was inserted, the cat suffers, but the blood does not come. And the doctor sniffs, sniffs, grunts, condemns something. Then the flask flies out of her hands and apparently from the noise my cat could no longer stand it and screamed. She hastily takes out the catheter, blood is pouring down her paw, and the doctor starts screaming at me that it’s because I’m holding it. Although for whom it was calculated, if I myself held the paw of the cat and saw perfectly well that it all flew out of her hands ... and the cat did not move and did not make a rustle. With a psycho, she declares that he needs to be carried and that I would leave at all. It's straight to a bad dancer. I refused to go to another room, will do something else, judging by her violent behavior, but I did not touch the cat. Together with the nurse they packed it into a carrier, took out the other paw. She began to draw blood again. And all over again. Catheter, grunting, puffing and blood does not come. Or rather .... nothing comes of it. So I wanted to say at this moment: “What is the woman with you? You don’t know how to use ... well, don’t go in. ” The cat endured as best he could and after half a minute of this execution began to meow in pain. Then she was generally covered. She takes out the catheter. Again blood is on all paws and tells me that blood does not flow! I say, so he sat quietly with the first and second paws, why not take blood in the old fashioned way? As in all clinics they take. She was furious at me a couple of times bowed, again touched the bandaged paw in blood and said that now she needed another and began to shove her sore paw into a closed restraining carrier (without even loosening the Velcro) and to the cat's cries, demanding "be patient." to her with a request to remove the carrier completely, shift the cat to another system and get the paw she needs. And then it started. She screamed: “Oh, so! Get out of here. I won't do anything else. " Well, of course! Already disfigured both paws, it's time to quit. Then there was just abuse, our condition is clear to any owner. You have in your hands a tortured animal with two paws in blood and a woman who did all this from a bad mood or from lack of professionalism and was apparently tired ... I don't know. She started yelling that we arrived at a wrong time ... and had to call. So why did you accept? At the entrance we were accepted and they did not ask for a record. When we said that we came to her and found out about the reception, she said "that we call her insane." Who called her that, we did not understand. They brought a stray cat to them today by agreement, they wanted to sterilize them and wanted to leave them for 5 days, the cat's leg was broken, and we were refused help. Sent to another clinic ...
