Accepted with a delay of half an hour. There are only four places for visitors to rest. I had to stand on my feet for an hour. I generally keep quiet about tea and coffee. It's sad. Now only the prices for the service are pleasing. It would always be that way.

When I found out that there was a new official BMW dealer called "Bavarian Cars", I was delighted at first, BUT, as it turned out, in vain! I turned to them about the repair of my X3. It turns out that they have no body shop !! I didn’t think that such a thing was possible at all with the only dealer of my favorite brand in the city with a million-plus population. As a result, they did not provide assistance. No better than Modus. And although the dealer is new, the problems are old. Very sad .. Is this the level of a premium brand?

Worst service, boorish attitude, you can wait for an employee for half an hour and still not see ... Quickly get to the dealer in Moscow, I recommend to everyone who value their time to avoid Cars of Bavaria Voronezh !!!
