06/17/2019. bought on 07/11/2019. ticket Povorino - Dinskaya (Krasnodar) and back. A round-trip ticket cost us 5505 rubles, on the Russian Railways website the cost in this car, this place costs -4559, the price includes pastel linen, a sanitary-hygienic package, one-time meals. On the day of purchase, they explained to us at the box office that the difference is almost a thousand rubles, this is a fee for the opportunity to return or change a ticket. When buying a ticket we were not warned about this. The next day, another cashier explained that this is a fee for the lower place and it can only be returned to 230 rubles, and I will receive them only after a month !!! The site indicates that the ticket price does not depend on the place.
