We went with a class to St. Petersburg. They didn’t sleep all night, because it’s impossible to sleep on the bus. The program was built terribly, they immediately took us on an excursion, sleepy and tired. Everyone turned off the sound right away, because the guide turned out to be boring and, in my opinion, she herself does not know half of the city. They brought us to the red sails at 6 pm, everyone was freezing on the street until HOUR NIGHT. One of the drivers was generally impudent and did not skimp on the mat when driving. Sockets in the bus 2 or 3, i.e. there was practically nowhere to charge the phone during the trip, and in the hostel we were only at night, and then for several hours. This is only the tip of the iceberg, the tour did not like at all, since it was time to see the city ourselves.

We called the agency to clarify the details and cost of the trip. The woman at that end of the line did not introduce herself, reluctantly answered questions, constantly was rude, and at the end she hung up! What is this customer focus? Does it work like that in the 21st century? Still a shock! The desire to contact this agency was completely gone!

We sent a guest house to Adler in art-sophie. There's a cook - a rare one that spoiled half the vacation with his behavior! Promised that the bus will go 19 hours - and we went 27 hours! Not satisfied with empty promises! No more footing!
