Furniture Fair

My husband and I bought a hall in the Vostorg salon. 01/24/2020. There were no problems during the consultation and paperwork. On the day of pickup on 02.29.2020, the seller came to work half an hour after the opening, when asked how to contact your superiors, she replied that she was there. When asked to inspect the furniture, they replied that there was no such possibility. The store doesn’t even have scotch tape to pack everything back. I had to go buy Scotch tape myself. Also, the seller said that the company is not responsible for the condition of the purchased furniture. The seller demanded a penalty for each day of downtime of furniture in the store, although the contract says about the penalty in case of delivery, if it was canceled due to the fault of the buyer. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Furniture prices are not the cheapest. Nerves also shake upon receipt.
