On May 24, I faced a non-trivial task: being in point A, find a flower shop in Voronezh (where I had never been), facilitate the selection of a bouquet from the photo by the main sender (located in point B), make sure 100% repetition is possible bouquet as in the photo (without replacing flowers) and order for delivery to the recipient in Voronezh (point C). Phoned 8 stores. None of them could guarantee a complete repetition of the selected bouquets from the photo (since in most cases it was necessary to replace the flowers, and this did not suit the customer from point B). I note that the employees of all these stores honestly tried to help me, for which many thanks to them. But it didn’t work out. Instructions sent via WhatSapp have been followed exactly. The bouquet turned out magnificent! Fresh flowers, delivery on time, text on the card word for word as indicated by the customer from point B. The recipient at point C (Voronezh) was moved to tears by our attention in your performance. A wonderful store with excellent service, a responsible attitude to the order and attention to the customer with all his whims. Flowers are delicate matter requiring a special approach.
