I made an order on September 14, together with my brother at the DR mom. Ie there were 2 bouquets. Bouquets are not cheap. But it turned out that the flowers are odorless. It seems to be a beautiful bouquet, but the stems are rewound with scotch tape. I didn’t think that in the flower salon they could so excuse me for my French FLAT. I ordered flowers from you to please, but it turned out only upset. I do not recommend this salon. And mom came to you. I would like to apologize.

Stale bouquet. Spoiled mood for the customer and the recipient. I do not recommend this store. High prices, but the attitude towards customers is at a weak C grade.

Yesterday 04/23/17. made an order in this "salon": called from Saratov, it was necessary to congratulate a girl from Balashov on her birthday. The conditions were simple: to collect a bouquet of 9 meter roses with a wide glass, 15 balloons, before sending send a photo to Viber, and, accordingly, make delivery to the specified address. The good-natured girl accepted the order, promised to do everything in the best light! Today at 08:00 the first call from the courier came HELL !!! ABSOLUTELY NOT EDUCATED WOMAN - THE COURIER CALLED ME IN A HYSTERIC, WHICH DOES NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO, FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERING STEPS, SHE SAID THAT ANYTHING DOESN'T BE FUN, "EVERYTHING CONSIDERABLY." I CALLED INTO THE SALON, THE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TRANSMITTED TO ME, AND HOW THEY CLEAR UP, THEY SHIPPED THE DELIVERY WITHOUT PRELIMINARY COLORING OF COLORS. THE FLOWERS DIDN'T DIFFERENTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE STATED, BUT .... Oh, MORE TO VINDER ROSES THE PLASTIC PINK TAPE - IT'S FORGIVEN FORGIVING AN EXTRAORDINARY .... Unfortunately, the situation was not foreseen and the girl-birthday was currently at a different address. And the "courier" was asked to take a surprise on it. FURTHER AGAIN STARTED TO RECEIVE CALLS WITH SISPS FROM THE COURIER THAT IT DOESN’T WANT TO RISE TO THE 3rd FLOOR THAT THROWS FLOWERS AFTER THE ACCESS, TK THEY ARE EQUALLY ALREADY PAYED (ONE MINUTE 2820 RUBLES !!!) !!! As a result, the birthday girl had to go down the street, leaving the houses of 2 small children. FURTHER THERE WAS A CALL FROM THE SELLER IN THE SALON, THE MOUNTAIN COURIER SCREENED IN THE BACKGROUND AND REQUIRED SUPPLEMENTS. I DO NOT AGAINST GIVING MONEY FOR A SERVICE! BUT THIS SHOULD BE A SERVICE, NOT A SUSPENSION FROM 8 HOURS OF MORNING. NATURALLY I REFUSED TO DO IT! WHAT THE COURIER BEGINS TO REALLY SCREAM INTO A PIPE THAT I ARE A SHEEP (VERY PLEASANT, I DIDN'T KNOW THAT AFTER 31 YEARS OF LIFE I TURNED INTO ANIMAL) IF I DO NOT TRANSFER THE NEEDED AMOUNT, IT WILL BE AWAKE. THE SELLER AT THE SAME TIME TALK THAT THEY GENTLY TALKED IT'S EQUAL, THAT I PAYED ALMOST 3000 RUBLES.
