The only place that can be visited in Perm near the railway station. The oldest university in the Urals, the last thirteenth imperial university. The territory is a campus where you can see almost all architectural styles, starting from the moment the university was founded in 1914. The first buildings were built in a Northern European style, which is rare for the Russian Federation and the only one in Perm. In the summer, there is a fountain in the middle of the campus. There are very good and affordable eateries and buffets. However, to get there (in the buildings), you need a pass. The university itself is open. Libraries and, of course, the Botanical Garden are very interesting. There is even a meteorological site. Several museums. For admission, you can choose any of the 12 faculties. Official site psu.ru
