It's a pleasure to live here! Around the forest, river and beach within walking distance. Silence and tranquility. There is no traffic under the windows. Fresh air and lots of places to walk. The infrastructure is well developed. 4 shuttle buses to any part of the city.

Easy to find and easy to get to! Parking costs 100 rubles all day, but the pond is not cleaned and it resembles a swamp! The bulk of PEOPLE are friendly and welcoming! But even without imbeciles, there’s no way!

In general, the beach is good, just there is garbage near the beach. Well, here it depends on the visitors themselves. Do not litter.

Like all river beaches Voronezh. Minimal infrastructure. Very popular among Voronezh residents
