Замечательный центр. Очень вежливый и обходительный персонал. Не один раз была там с ребёнком, довольны и я, и сынок. Хотелось бы отметить Осипову Елену Юрьевну. Уже бывали у неё, она, действительно, врач высшей категории.

Maybe in medicine they are experts, but in IT they are amateurs. Once again I get to "our system has broken, wait." "This queue was not for DMS, go in the queue", "we cannot send your results to DMS, contact yourself." I wish the company to replace this problematic information system and no longer torment customers.

Firstly, for the price - more expensive than in other children's clinics - I will not advertise, but I found it almost 2 times cheaper what I did here if I did it in a group, like the polio vaccine here. (And I am ready to answer for my words, if they ask me where it is cheaper, it will be enough to call other private clinics and clarify the price for this particular drug, others may be more expensive). But it is not the price that is important, but the quality, as they say - more on that later. Secondly, about making an appointment. I called, they tell me to hang on for a minute, but they themselves are talking on a different phone and not for a minute, I had to throw it off and call again. This is, at least not professional, it is better not to pick up the phone at all than to make you wait and listen to another conversation. Thirdly, about the reception itself and waiting in line. We were recorded at 12.15. We came in advance, it turned out half an hour before the appointed time, but these are our problems. We were also received, of course, not at 12.15, as we were busy with other patients for a very long time. We were admitted at 12.44, that is, we sat for an hour with the child, and this was in a paid clinic (honestly, sometimes there is no queue at all for free and it takes 5 minutes each time). The question is why appoint such a time, knowing in advance that the doctor will not have time to see everyone on time. That is, the doctor's time was 35 minutes late. And they also wanted to let another girl pass, although she came later and it is not clear for how long, but they did us a kind of favor. I already felt that I was not clear who then, I wanted to turn around and leave. If you need proof, then in the log they have recorded the recording time 12.15, and I have a check, which, by the way, is given only on demand, where it is indicated 12.50. Fourth, the vaccine itself. This is where it is worth stopping. I was notified in advance that there would be a certain vaccine - polymilex, I clarified whether it would be possible to see the certificate, the expiration date at the reception. They answered: "Yes, of course." As a result, after standing in line for an hour, of course, there was no time for that. The doctor tried to see us faster, was in a hurry, since there was a girl behind us. I told the nurse to bring 2 drugs, one of them is not what we were promised to inject - polyorix, but a substitute for the first drug. Moreover, as it turned out later, they and no other paid clinic do not have this drug, it has long been replaced by polymilex. That is, in fact, we were injected with the already published and forbidden polyorix, I did not look at the expiration date - it somehow became not convenient, but in vain - I really regret it. I advise everyone to always look at what the child is injected and check the expiration date, what I wanted to do, but got confused in the end. This is necessary so that later there is no doubt, as I did, what the child was injected with and how expired the drug was, so as not to worry about the consequences. And also, before going to a clinic with seemingly good status, it is better to call a few others, asking about the price.

I am satisfied with the consultation with the dentist. And in general the clinic makes a pleasant impression. To get stuck to a shortage that does not work out, they are not simple.
