The park is beautiful, but no matter what .... But 75 years of the Great Patriotic War Victory, and the monument, as it was with crumbling steps, has remained.

A great park, a couple of unnecessary details to remove (something golden and shameful it is not clear what, such as decorating a stele. Aren't you ashamed, Patriots?) And some upgrade - a mandatory renovation of the Museum of Local Lore.
