We visited the Russkaya Hotel with the children, specified in advance whether the pool was warm, which we were assured that it was very warm, just for the children ... A girl with a displeased face opened the door, in my opinion she didn’t even answer our greeting. As a result, the pool is cold, not that for children, but even for adults. Light bulbs do not light above the pool, dark. The room with the table is cold. This sauna by me and my friends is no longer considered, even in extreme cases.

Sauna is not bad, but very rude staff, boorishly communicate, react to requests aggressively. There were cold floors and ice batteries, they tried to convince us that everything was fine, we agreed to call the masters in half with grief and fix the problems, we can see that they were very disappointed .... fines are absolutely for everything ... There is no desire to go there anymore .. .
