The massage rooms are clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The interior in general in all zones was a pleasant surprise, as if they were not in Ulyanovsk, but abroad. The sauna heats up the body very quickly, it is clear that it is worth not for show, but for an effective visit by clients. We were very sorry that we did not take the children with us, because there is an unusual "underwater cannon" in the pool, which throws it back like a wave. Our kids would love it. And the water temperature in the pool is very comfortable not only for adults, but also for children. They gave out towels, slippers, a bathrobe. EVERYTHING is crystal white, no stains. The showers are clean, the bathroom also impressed with its cleanliness, despite the fact that there were not only adults, but also children in the pool - there were no puddles, it was not slippery. Everything is clean and safe. I am very glad that the city has such clean places, where it is ideal in every corner.

After 15 minutes, it hurts your eyes! Sauna is also not bad. C / node normal, no unpleasant odor, clean. But there are much more minuses here! The door to the women's locker room does not close! Because she is soaked! The first thing that impressed me was the pool of water in the locker room after past guests !!! If you associate yourself as a luxury establishment, then cleanliness must be monitored! No screen to hide behind. After all, it is assumed that a person will undress completely after the pool! If one guest undresses, and the second at this moment comes in, the locker room is viewed completely from the corridor !!!! This is visible in the photo! Showers are shared! Each booth has doors, but they do not close from the inside !!!! Personally, I used to wash topless after the pool! But here I can not afford it! Because at any moment an outsider can open these doors! Massage leaves much to be desired! It’s not that I didn’t relax, but I tensed more! Weak 3 on a 10-point scale. After the massage, as expected, they offered tea, but unfortunately the black tea was over !!! But I don’t drink green! For an hour massage for two they took 5000 rubles! Guys, well, by the standards of our city, this is very "not cheap" !!! And at these prices, you can’t buy black tea? Well, the last thing I would like to say is that we generally could hardly use this certificate !!! When buying, they said that it can be used at any time convenient for the client! In fact, they constantly refused! Signed up in 2 weeks for the procedure! The administrator called for the day and canceled our entry! Without much explanation "for technical reasons, we will not be able to accept you" In fact, there was no question of any time convenient for us! They took the money for the certificate, further the client’s problems !!! As a result, they went for the time that the administrator “suggested”, otherwise the certificate for 5000 rubles would simply burn out !!!!
