Ban Banych

Yesterday we rested in a Finnish sauna. My husband had a birthday. This is some kind of horror !!! Dirty, icy water in the pool, broken down stairs, old shabby furniture, slippery floors, our girl fell and hit hard, boorish attitude of the staff, there is simply nothing to fry meat on. The holiday was ruined, money wasted. I do not advise anyone to visit this place !!!

Very cool sauna! There were many saunas in the city, this is one of the best. Turkish hall is simply gorgeous. I recommend everyone to visit "Ban Banych"

On May 4, 2018, my husband and I decided to relax a bit after work and take a steam bath in the sauna. At 19:30 I called the ban banich to find out which saunas are free. The girl in a boorish way initially began to communicate by phone, through her teeth answered which saunas are free. After which I said that now we have decided on the time and I will call you back. After talking with my husband, I again called the sauna to order a Turkish sauna at 22:00. To which the girl rudely told me that she would not wait so long and if anyone came from the street she would give the sauna to another and also began to assure me that they had my blacklisted number. To my indignation for what reason (I have not been in this sauna for more than a year), the girl replied that she did not know and could not clarify. And all this in a rude boorish voice. Naturally, after such an attitude to the client, we just chose another sauna and had a great evening with my husband. I do not advise anyone to ban sauna banych !!! I hope my review will reach the leadership and it will take action.

We were here before, but after the repair everything changed so. I think this is one of the coolest saunas in the city.
