Incredibly incompetent company !!! Horrible, unregulated service! What they did not please: 1. I ordered two services - to fix the toilet and to fix the refrigerator, the company managers sent only the masters to fix the toilet, completely forgetting about the second service. 2. I asked to come in the morning, ignored this request - the master arrived in the evening. 3. The master did not fix the toilet the first time and quit work, returning to it only after a day and a half !!! At the same time, he had to call and arrange for him to return, although this was an obvious task for the master and he himself had to tell us in advance that he would return and when. 4. After he fixed one problem in the toilet, another appeared, which was not before the intervention of the master. And he, saying that he "does not know why this is so," left. 5. I called the company to find out whether it is true that the new problem is “new”, or whether the master broke the toilet. The administrator in the call center began to raise my voice and prove to me, not having competent knowledge in the matter, that this is a "new" problem without bringing a single one! logical argument. And in the end she said that she would call back. NOT calling back the second day !!! I strongly recommend that people do not contact this company !!! Let more competent companies make money and receive orders! And with this, if they do not change their approach to the service, I hope the bankruptcy will shine!
