I bought mono hydrangeas. When buying, I asked if they were fresh, if they would stand at least 4 days, to which I received a positive answer. The flowers "died" by the evening. All recommendations were followed: a lot of water, right up to the cap. It is extremely unpleasant, especially because this is a gift for mom.

I was a regular customer of this store and therefore there was not even a doubt at the wedding - I will order everything there, but ... 8 days before the wedding I was left without flowers! I wrote on November 25, order a bouquet by January 10. They said to write about 2 weeks before the celebration. I am writing on December 30 - they said to come after NG. I arrive on January 2, and they tell me that the order for flowers has already been sent on December 31, and they haven’t ordered flowers for my bouquet and they won’t collect the bouquet for the wedding (in a rough form) !!!! They have no marks on my order and they are not guilty of this. The florist didn’t even offer a replacement, and replied to my arguments: "Do you want to bow to my legs?" In complete shock, she left the store and left. Started writing in VK. There we had an agreement, apologized for the inconvenience. That's so simple) Several times they wrote that their guilt is not in it. So ... You brought your money and beg to be taken.
