Our call hung at 03 in the waiting line ... we waited 8 hours (!), My husband's condition, meanwhile, was getting worse (maybe sharp back pain and not an urgent call, but what about a person .. and endure such pain). 072 we waited 1.5 hours (we said now that there, that there is faster and impossible, there are a lot of calls, there are waiting lines everywhere), but we arrived and quickly relieved the condition, made a blockade, examined from head to toe, gave further recommendations. We are very grateful, we would have known - they would have called 072 right away and the spouse would not have tolerated so much time.

Called a small child. Who had a high fever. We drove for 2 hours !!! Not very accommodating. Appointments and phrases are common. In general, just awful. An ordinary ambulance against the background of this is not up to the speed of just a bullet. NEVER call them again!

I will not give more than one star and will lower the rating on all sites. Absolutely boorish attitude on the phone, rudeness. Not even wanting to talk. When a call is made, the operator speaks simultaneously with other people. I would really think about contacting this place.

A friend of mine advised me to this doctor, I called my mother an ambulance 072, as there was another severe attack of pain. Elena Nikolaevna examined her mother and immediately determined the location of the pain and its source, and gave her a blockade (she said that she had her own technique) in another area, not in the back.
