Today, for three and a half hours, a group of people drank alcohol, swore and hooliganized on Kardashova St. 2 right on the porch of the hairdresser overlooking the street, next to the Spartak cinema. In response to calling the squad on 112, after 40 minutes, someone called from +79081312179, introduced himself as a policeman, but didn’t give his details, found out the details, apparently for the report, supposedly arrived, and that’s all. Bacchanalia in the city center in full view of everyone lasted from about 21.30 to one in the morning. Phones on duty were not picked up or dropped. Still, they arrived at the 112 repeated call, but in the second hour, when the hooligans themselves had already dispersed. The police in Voronezh completely degraded.
