Complete chaos. The sister was sent from the regional hospital to an appointment with a neurologist, followed by inpatient treatment, and in the direction from the region. The hospital was indicated that it needed hospitalization, the doctor should have accepted her even without a coupon, but she was refused admission. Sister has serious consequences of a head injury. Now tell me who will be responsible for human life if something happens to her before the coupons appear ?????

Generally a shame. The test arrived at 8 00 and passed at 13. And this is with a cancer patient. Horror is real.
