First: they came three times - everything was closed. Girls from neighboring departments said that the agency "comes" on a call. They called and made an appointment the next day. Honestly: we began to spin and forget that at some point we were supposed to arrive at a tour agency. When they remembered, they came, there was no one there again. We have never been called back. But they did fine and without a travel agency. Bought vouchers via the Internet and everything turned out just great !!!
