I do not recommend the clinic! An extremely boorish attitude towards patients and their personal time. Appreciate at the same time as in Moscow clinics. Initially consulted with many orthodontists for braces. Izotova was chosen according to the reviews. She put braces on, even though there were problems with the enamel on her front teeth. And two orthodontists turned us down because of this! Moreover, she paid attention to these problems only after six months of wearing braces and hygienic cleaning with them. She said that the child does not brush his teeth well, and it may be necessary to remove and redo it at our own expense. But that was only the beginning! We have to travel to the reception from another city. Once in October we were rescheduled, but we were informed about it very early. But now they rescheduled the appointment for the second time due to the doctor's illness and informed about it, when the whole family moved all the affairs (work and school) and arrived 350 km away in Ivanovo. The administrators calmly report (literally) - the doctor is ill and now sit and wait for our call. I asked to change the doctor, and it turned out that in this super clinic there is only one orthodontist of rather low qualifications! The bracket came off the next day after the last appointment, again they said that installing a new one would cost 2800 rubles. The doctor visits the clinic only in the evening, so they couldn't find her! As it turned out, she forgot to glue the braces on the extreme teeth on the upper jaw and did it a year later. It was very interesting to be disappointed at every appointment with the "doctor". Now I can't get a copy of the card, because the clinic wants me to refuse further treatment, thus protecting itself from a legal point of view. While we are preparing a complaint and a statement of claim, I wrote a review here, so that perhaps someone does not fall into the same way as we do, especially if you are from another city!

I was treated before the health resort in a paid clinic in Kokhma ..... Horror had to treat constant inflammation .. This time, the abscess under the carons did not give life for several days. I went to the health center and left in advance both from pain and from fear. They did everything quickly, did not hurt at all, they did not shout at me that I was crying and I was afraid (surprised) in a private room in the kohma they pressed on the inflammation and to my protest it was said: you will not yell, you will not let me look home, you will go home. I am going home in a good mood, everything is fine with me .. And they also don’t try to lure money out, they don’t impose expensive procedures, implants (this was generally a pleasant surprise) I visited the surgeon Oleg Genadievich (golden doctor) and Stupin Alexander Nikolaevich .. For opening the apsses at the root of the tooth, CT (MRI), about the motor I got 3tr. Not so much money for a good mood and quality treatment.

Disgusting and boorish behavior of the staff. I wanted to make an appointment with the child for an examination, but came across a "habalist" attitude. My grandmother at the front desk talked to me much more politely.

I have been going to the clinic since the age of 6, after the latest events - doctors endlessly postponing the visit time, improperly taking advances for the provision of services and rudeness from the administrators, I am disappointed in the clinic, I do not recommend it !!!
