It is very quiet here and people are not as smart as in Moscow but much open and friendly and free. Prices for products, given the availability of network retailers are the same as in Moscow, clothes and shoes are much cheaper. For those who are going to live here a decent city, quiet, no one is in no hurry. Quiet backyards in any area, the last 10 years I do not observe gopats. Transportation is more than affordable, for 16 rubles. You can be in any part of the city in 10 minutes even on weekdays. Discos disappeared with the introduction of curfew. There are bars in the center but you will not find a high-quality elite in them, it is better to buy it in a store and to sip at home quietly. Expensive electricity and very very cheap gas. Gasoline for a couple of rubles is cheaper than in Moscow, but good gas stations 2 to the whole city. Schools and children. The gardens are a maximum of 15 minutes walk in any area. Of the minuses for me as for the white Indian, the last 10 years there has been a sinking of the population from the neighboring mountain fraternal republics, but they are behaving less quietly.
