They contacted the branch of the Moscow Industrial Bank of Liski in order to change the American currency, the girl-operator who served us, changed part of the dollars, and for the other part presented a commission, because in foreign currency, in her opinion, there were traces of fingerprints, the bills were not perfectly new, while she repeatedly pawed them with her own hands when counting and could herself stain them. If such strict requirements for banknotes, then can currency exchange workers be obliged to work in gloves to avoid unpleasant situations?

Terrible service! I came to change dollars, asked for a commission of 1,300 rubles due to the fact that they were bent and not “straight from the bank”. The bills were new. The first time I come across this, is money money, or not?
