I was very impressed and upset by the attitude of the girl manager, there wasn’t even a greeting at the visit, I greeted the first, the girl raised her gaze displeasedly at me, turning to her with a question that interested me, she also displeasedly asked when and where I was planning my departure, I asked where it was possible and explained that I was interested in the amount that I need to calculate Well, she also voiced the sum without any desire and interest, every question about the tour had to be pulled out of it, the question about the vacancy in the agency was also reluctant to answer everything on the site, the question can be addressed without work experience, she said that we only with experience. I left the agency in great perplexity and indignation. It was a shame for the fact that the employees representing the interests of the company behave so pointedly, more precisely, even allow themselves to act that the company is not to blame for the complaints and discontent of tourists, and the employees are those who are indifferent and people, and tours to which, in spite of their experience, no one wants to return again.

I would like to warn about the blatant lack of professionalism of Coral employees in Voronezh. Representation in the shopping center "Moskovsky Prospect". As a result, the incorrectly submitted information on entry documents to the UAE was deported upon arrival. In the UAE were without any support and feedback. The tour was sold and no attachments were given to the contract, in which the tour operator’s data is indicated. Upon arrival, the tour operator was surprised that it was necessary to have a separate passport for the child, despite the fact that this question about the possibility of entering the country with one passport was asked to employees, and they positively answered that entry was possible. No compensation was provided or even a verbal apology. Only boorish answers manager. As a result, it turned out, when checking jur. addresses that indicate a non-existent address in the contract. They do not answer questions now, they just shrug their shoulders. If you do not want to lose money, nerves, time, then not to THESE FRAUDERS. CAUTION!!!! Do not repeat my mistakes, but rather choose a reliable tour operator. And if I help at least one person not to get into a similar situation, it means that I wrote for a reason.
