Interestingly, the hostess of our former agency advised us on this organization. It rarely happens that "competitors" advised each other, but our Natalya said that Vera can be approached safely. So we boldly turned. And how much did not regret! I understand that this is her own travel agency, and she works in it herself. Therefore, they treat customer service with great attention. In general, I recommend! And we wish Verochka more tourists, and generally happiness, health and good luck in his personal life). Remember the story of the travel agency "Tours and Tickets" in the MS? I am ashamed to admit, but I became one of those who had to return from Domodedovo without having had a rest. Being angry with all the travel agencies of the city and deciding from now on to purchase tours online, I was faced with the fact that you have to send money only "on trust." In response, only a letter to the email. mail and promise to receive all documents immediately before departure at the airport at the courier. And all this online design is somehow dull and very confusing. After reading the sad stories on the Internet thrown poor fellows, I firmly decided that online shopping is not for me. And I decided to seriously approach the choice of the Voronezh travel agency. Having rummaged on the Internet, how not to make a mistake with the choice of a travel agent, I clearly defined for myself several selection criteria, which included such items as experience in the tourism market, reviews on the Internet, recommendations from friends, and most importantly - ownership of the property. It’s not so easy and fast to hide if you own a room and in general it does not make sense if things are going well. After this screening, I selected eight travel agencies for myself, wrote them out on a piece of paper and decided not to be lazy and personally go round all of them in order to finally decide and not to return to this issue anymore. And then the fun began! Lack of basic knowledge of geography, illiterate speech, untidy appearance. And boorish crony attitude they call an individual approach to the client. It is not clear how all these people got into tourism. In one she carried homemade food. Cutlets. The truth is very appetizing. In general, I liked several travel agencies, more precisely three. But I nevertheless stopped my choice at the Yolki-Palma travel agency. As it turned out, it employs a husband and wife. Vera and Michael. Very nice and sociable couple. “I have to myself,” I thought. "The room is really not enough for my size, but quite cozy." After a few minutes of communication, I got the impression that I got to be professionals. The most interesting thing is that after a long conversation, we came to the conclusion that I did not need to go to Thailand, as I originally wanted, but to India. About this, I can write two more pages, but I will not. The most interesting thing in my story is that I finally met my love in Goa! And literally an hour ago, winding down the time in thoughts backwards, I thought that if I hadn’t been thrown by that ill-fated agency “Tours and Tickets”, I wouldn’t have become so paranoid, I wouldn’t be driven by the choice of travel agency, I wouldn’t meet Vera and Michael, she would not convince me to go to India, and I, probably, would never have met my love Marinochka! That's how interesting our life is! You never know what awaits you around the corner of fate. (God, I became such a philosopher!). In April, I had a wedding and Vera and Mikhail were guests of honor at it. Here I have a review story with a happy ending. I tried very hard to write interestingly and even thought about writing the text like a real writer, throwing my head back and slightly to the left). In conclusion I want to say that it would be unfair not to mention those agencies that I liked. This is Tez Tour and Scarlet Sails. As I was surprised, when informing about their trips to travel agencies and telling which agencies I liked, Vera and Mikhail instead of “belittle” these firms spoke very well of themselves about them. (This is what is called professional ethics!). But I chose Yolki - Palms and, as you can see, I have no regrets! I apologize for being so prolonged, but you cannot throw the words out of the song! I leave my positive review about the travel agency Yolki - Palma! I was very pleased with their work and their vacation! For the second time I turn to them, and the second time I was satisfied. It is pleasant that over time they did not deteriorate at all despite their workload and are equally attentive to their customers.
