We bought a tour from TUI in Fortune 4 * at the beginning of November 2020, upon arrival there was a shock, it pulls max by 2 * On the same night, who broke into our room, there is no phone or connection with the reception desk to solve the night problem. The hotel itself is tired, small, food and cleanliness are not low. They complained to the guide, tearfully asked to be moved to a hotel of the appropriate category - but the impregnable guide was silent and inactive! He doesn't care! We have already paid the money ... Our stay was ruined like a rotten apple! All other visiting tourists were also in great shock! This is a disgrace, and there is no one to complain to!
