I signed up by phone for a while. I arrived in advance to draw up the necessary documents before the appointment. From the moment of the appointed appointment time, I waited 30 minutes, but did not wait for the appointment. The doctor was seeing another patient. The doctor is a woman, and the doctor is a man on the office. It is not clear whose fault, maybe the doctor, or maybe the administrator did not agree on the time of my appointment with the doctor, registered me without taking into account the previous patient. One thing is clear, with such an attitude, there is no difference from the state clinic for compulsory medical insurance. While waiting for an appointment, I managed to read reviews of other patients and realized that it was better not to risk my health.

I do not recommend the clinic to visit, I was at the reception with I.V. Gorokhova. at FGDS. The doctor came at the wrong time, did not even apologize for being late, the attitude was extremely unfriendly, the answers were impudent, short, without explanation, there was a feeling that the doctor did not want to find out the cause of the disease at all, the patient and his problem were absolutely indifferent, in state polyclinics, sorry, the attitude it will be much better, I came only because I could not enroll in my clinic, I will not come again and do not recommend this clinic to anyone and the doctor in particular. The procedure itself was performed as needed, but the attitude completely ruined the whole impression. And yes, do not read the reviews on their website, half, if not more fake, they do not consider it necessary to publish negative reviews there, of course, but there are many times more negative ones on Google.

This is not the first time I go to the clinic. On October 23rd I visited the dentist. I express my heartfelt gratitude to Seyran Seyranovich Gulikyan for his professionalism, patience and sensitivity !! All health, joy, warmth and love !!

Сегодня была у хирурга, очень довольна проффесиаеализмом этого врача,внимательна , побольше бы таких врачей....ее зовут Каирова Эчи Ильясовна....рекомендую этого врача....молодой специалист... все сделала супер....обращаюсь в эту клинику не в первый раз.....да на рецепшене девочки желают лучшего.....как то надо по внимательнее к нам .....

Хожу в клинику год,врачи устраивают,но администрация оставляет желать лучшего! я будто бесплатную поликлинику пришла,общение не соответствует сфере услуг вообще. Отношение отвратительное. Все время разная информация,даже по двум корпусам разная!
