Initially: it was necessary to have the usual maintenance before the season, check the drive, clean, lubricate, the eight wheels, the steering wheel floundered, there was also a question about the rear wheel - it was lowered, not much, but once a month it pumped up, it seemed not punctured. The price of the issue is about 4 thousand. (There were 5.5 in total, but 1.5 - grips and a chain that would lead to leave on the street). As a result: on questions - what is there and how, when it is possible to take it, I myself called (dialing food) to the workshop, and I didn’t ask to do it quickly, I wanted to understand at what stage. The girls-admins are of course about nothing, some kind of superfluous blablabla link in communication, but in principle it would not be important, provided there is excellent service. For the big one: they gave it to me, like, after MOT, all the chick-pockies, replaced the grips, dropped the wheels, looked at the brakes, like everything was cleaned and oiled, they had to raise the steering wheel, find out what happened to the rear wheel. Giving away the bike, the boy who made it to me at the end dropped it: by the way, with the rear wheel it's a problem, you'll have to pump it up once a week. Uh ... what? As a result, after the rental: the brakes were tightened differently and it was sooooo noticeable, I didn't have this before, everything is super with the new grips, the wheels are smooth, it was noticeable in braking, the rear wheel ... I had to pump it up every two days , although before once a month at most, one day it was simply completely blown away on the road. I had to urgently ask for a camera to be bought and brought to me, right on the street I disassembled the wheel, changed the camera itself. When removing the wheel, digging deeper with the bike, I found that my lead was apparently not cleaned (my cat's hair felt great there, as before, in volumes that, in principle, could not appear in a couple of months), but perhaps the lead was lubricated ... After replacing the camera, I had to re-adjust the brakes. Still, you still need to decide something with the steering wheel flapping. And now the main question: what was the problem of the boy master to call and say: you need to change the camera, this plus so many rubles. Or you need to clean something, it costs so much. You, it seems, had a question about the steering wheel, you need this and that. Well, of course I would agree, for excellent work and service, money is not a pity. But as a result, I got ... hemorrhoids with a bicycle after maintenance before the season and additional expenses. Super! I don't know what kind of master there is, I personally saw young boys who hang out there and seem to work. And apparently they often change because of the turnover, I don't know. It was a little unpleasant for me to see how this whole crowd commented on the questions about the bikes that the bike owners asked them by phone or earlier. Well ... damn it, it's not professional, especially since I'm sitting next to me, I'm a client, it's not difficult for me to understand that most likely such stupid comments will be for me. And I felt this unprofessionalism on myself. Now I really regret the money spent, although I am ready to pay for the quality, I do not need "where is cheaper", although I do not regret money for grips - van love, well, very convenient. Thanks for that, they advised me. All in all, I will be looking for another bike workshop. One of the options: the owner of the workshop is really a pro and a fan of his business, hired workers are a stream of those who are on the spot and study, and they do not care. Perhaps for something small in the repair, these boys will do. For a TO bike - no. And, by the way, a friend came with me, who in her new bike needed to adjust the brakes. They were so otgulirovali to her that they pulled over and she flew off the lead, hitting quite hard. She was offered to come and adjust everything again. In the second race, the "master" scolded the previous "master", but according to the results, the brakes are still tightened, you can see it in motion. Naturally, the friend will also look for another workshop. I will not write that a workshop is a # ovno, but it is difficult to write a good one ... I somehow pinned my hopes on this bicycle workshop, it seemed to me that there are direct mega professionals working there, although there is a chance that they will say about my review: lies, from our success, everyone is bombed.

A wonderful, one might say, exemplary bike repair in the city! The organizer, owner and, most importantly, the master of his craft, Ilya, refers to bicycle repair, as the famous radio ad says, "at a religious level." So far, service is a kind of nondescript room in a private house. But the first impression is deceptive! Inside there is a full-fledged workshop stuffed with professional tools, including those made by oneself, to solve the whole range of tasks (including non-standard) that arise during repair. But the main thing is the master (and the owner). With a bright, perfectly working head and with skillful hands. I doubt that in this matter there are impossible tasks for him. Also, which is very important, is the atmosphere. Warm, friendly. You’ll get some cool tea with cookies. If you wish, they will talk with you on various topics ranging from bicycles, business to philosophy. During the repair of my bike, I spent several hours with the master until late in the evening, count the nights, and really enjoyed communicating and seeing the work of a professional. Prices are very affordable. Yes, not super low, but completely justified. After all, you have to earn a living! I recommend the service!
