02/18 ordered (No. 2376050) a bouquet of flowers in a small town (paid on the site with a card). The choice on the site is simply huge. The idea, of course, flickered that it is unlikely that florists in this city have all this variety, but there are no warnings about this on the site when placing an order. The next day they called and said that there are not some flowers for the bouquet. When asked about which ones they didn’t, they promised to find out from the florists and call back. Called back. It turned out that there are not about ALL the flowers from this bouquet. They offered a choice of 4 ready-made options (I remind you that there are more than 250 of them on the site). Of course, the proposed did not fit (and does not come close either in style or in gamut). Asked to cancel the order. No question, they told me the order was canceled. To return the money, they sent a statement, which I must fill out so that they transfer it to the bank and then they will return the money within 5-7 working days. The application requested both full name and passport data and registration address. A pack of information about the bank. Are you guys serious? Transaction on HOLD'e. You cancel it, the money is returned to me. All. Total. Instead of pleasing a person with a bouquet of flowers, I have to go to the bank and ask to cancel the last transaction by filling out a pack of pieces of paper. Amazing fact. The bank needs less data to do this. In fairness, it should be noted that another company also failed to make the bouquet selected on their website, but the order was canceled and the money was returned without any problems. So think a few times before ordering anything here. And if you really want to be direct, specify 10 times that they have exactly what you liked. And even after that, think about whether you should pay for the order immediately, because then you will probably have to write them a statement and provide a ton of personal data for a refund.
