Spsr-Ekspress

I was not delivered my order and no one even called.

I placed an order on Next on January 9, the delivery date was 01/15. Neither on the 15th, nor later, none of spsr contacted me, in the SMS link I entered the order management, it says "Changing the delivery settings at this stage is impossible. Please try again later." I called spsr 3 times, each time some inarticulate answers such as "sorry, you will definitely be contacted", "apparently some kind of server failure", etc. In the courtyard on January 27, when I make another call, they switch to a specialist and I'm sitting there waiting for an answer specialist 15 minutes ..
