Horror! I have known this company for a long time. 8 years. And every year there is some kind of ... Either the branch pipe on the cooling system will crack, then the water from the air conditioner flows directly to the passengers, then 28 hours in traffic jams without the same air conditioner. This year, disappointment has reached its maximum. We went to Adler by bus 313 (a big, two-story, white handsome man). Tickets were taken specially 2.5 months before the start of the trip. As soon as the time comes to go home, we are told that this bus went to the Crimea, and you will go in some kind of wreck. And now I am writing this review straight from this wreckage and hope that I will get home whole.

06/25/2019 the road ,, Gubkin-Adler ,, took 30 hours, as they connected two flights: to Adler and to Anapa, about 2 hours from all the time on the way they stood on the track for repair !!!! the same situation repeated itself way back !!!!! And this is not an isolated case !!!!! in 2018 when traveling to Adler, the bus broke down in Anapa, the passengers who were traveling to Adler were disembarked, and only 8 hours later the bus arrived and took them to Adler !!!!!
