They spoiled the mood on my anniversary, made my colleagues wait until the end of lunch and then eat pizza in a hurry. I ordered on the website, after which they called me back and said that the delivery would be within one and a half to two hours and were not warned from what time - the time of the order or the operator's call? Naively believing that from the beginning of the order, I agreed, and the operator also said that there is very little from the average Moscow one to me, so it may be delivered faster (again, you lie, in order to order from you). I warned that we were ordering pizza for lunch at the office. At exactly 14.00, when lunch was over, the pizza was delivered. After 2h. 15 minutes. after my order on the site! The operator did not even apologize, I only heard that well, we did it in 2 hours from the moment the operator called you. Dear managers, do you really think that it is okay to work, with such a lie and the attitude “I don’t know anything, it was delivered in two hours”? I never used delivery, I always took pizza by myself, because it is nearby and convenient. But alas, you have lost a regular customer and many more customers in the person of my colleagues, who sat with me and waited for delivery until the end of their lunch. I want to remind you that there are many other pizzerias in the city with really fast delivery and delicious pizza.
