At first, they were worried, as they had to remove all the teeth. The operation went well, after a couple of days the cat came to life - it began to eat well, play. Special thanks to the administrators - very lovely and pleasant girls. Somewhere I saw a review that they only "pull" money. This is not at all about this clinic, about each analysis and about each procedure they explain why it is needed. It's not a pity to pay for high-quality equipment and professionalism (I generally thought that it would come out much more expensive than it turned out). I recommend the clinic, it is not scary to treat your pets in it.

The first time I called at about 15.00, I asked the employee if there was a euthanasia service, to which they answered in the affirmative and named the cost of the service, while there were no additional questions. Later in the evening of the same day, at about 19.30, I personally visited the clinic with the animal. The person on duty at the checkout immediately clarified what was the reason, what was the need for this measure. In view of the difficult situation, heavy feelings, I answered hard and maybe not quite clearly, as I tried my best not to burst into tears on the spot and not put a stranger in an uncomfortable position. After the second question, if the animal has nutritional problems, the woman suddenly raised her tone and said, "Get out of here. We are here treating animals, not killing." I'm in a state of shock, close to hysteria left the clinic and closed the door behind him, after which at last he heard from behind the door from the same woman, apparently: "You will slam the door at home!" I have no words. I am not leaving this review to hold your employee accountable. I'm not looking for a reason to argue about the ethical side of the issue. There were grounds for carrying out the procedure, but instead of trying to understand and understand the situation, to find out the reasons, they simply humiliated me, incredibly complicating the initially terrible and difficult situation.
