Made an order for blinds. All paid. On the day of installation, the master did not bring the fasteners. He promised to bring it later. Already a month has passed, but we did not wait for the mounts. They called repeatedly, the girl who answers promises every time that they’ll deliver her here. However, the promise has not been fulfilled. Very unpleasant. Since they took the money for the installation, preliminary measurement and delivery were also paid on our part, but the company did not provide a quality service. And apparently they are not going to correct it.

It is a very mediocre “KONTOR”. Besides the big name and sign, they have nothing to do with the South Window Company, in fact it is IP Khismatullina N.V. YuOK that has not existed since 2018. There are no guarantees and obligations. The windows that installed everything flow and 5-6 cm installation seams. What the sealant and the filler do not know, they are not used when installing windows. The installer works in one person without a partner and an assistant. I do not recommend it, definitely !!!

Excellent windows and fittings. And the water sills have become worse than they were, less stiffening ribs. Sills in quality as in Olympus, only 2 times more expensive. P.S. it's about the most common window sills, without lamination and any special coatings.
