How I love the province for such places! A restaurant is a restaurant, and simple canteens like this one are gone in big cities. As in Soviet childhood! With pasta and gravy, with cutlet and compote. One ancient old woman in my youth said that in tsarist times, servants and cooks were recruited only through cooking cutlets! So the cooks in this dining room are wonderful. Chopping, in principle, requires a soul and minced rolls; the main thing is to find the golden mean in proportions! Meat or fish is difficult to spoil, and cutlets require skillful hands, like a woman. They accept cards, have containers for "take-away", prepare tasty food and at decent prices. We took the assortment with us on the road - they remembered the chefs with a kind word right up to Peter. I recommend in every possible way. Vytegra did not please with the sights, but pleased with the sincere catering points.
