Disgusting experience !!! We went with a friend on Saturday evening, paid for the entrance, as there was a "concert", sat down at a table, the hall was empty, ordered food and drinks. We talked calmly, a couple of hours passed and suddenly the hysterical waitress Victoria rushes in, by the way, we were served by another waiter (or Valeria, she did not introduce herself, she saw the inscription on the badge) with disheveled hair (I never saw that the waiter did not remove her hair, apparently for this establishments, it's normal, it's scary to imagine what's going on in the kitchen) and starts just yelling and hysteria, screaming for us to leave the institution, since the table is reserved, although no one warned us at the entrance and there was no reservation on it, we refused, so as they made another order to another waiter, she brought a guard, only he clearly explained what this hysterical lady wants from us. In general, we decided to leave, wrote a review in the book, which was also thrown to us by the hysterical waitress Victoria. This is just a nightmare! I have been to many establishments, but I have never met such rudeness. I do not advise anyone to visit this cafe! P.S. It is a pity that even your answer justifies the staff. I repeat, Valeria had her hair loose, she behaved inappropriately and even hysterically, and she demanded to leave far from 00.30 !!! At the entrance we were not warned that this table was booked! The security guard suggested that we change seats, after Valeria began to hysteria and yes, I repeat again, she was screaming! And this is the administrator of the "cultural" institution 🤦‍♀️ Naturally, after such communication, we decided to leave. What can I say here, disregard and rudeness towards guests is absolutely normal for this cafe "Culture".

Very atmospheric place. Ideal for spending an evening or stopping by for lunch. A large and extremely varied menu. Wide range of drinks. Soft music. Will come here again
