Good evening. Today (10/16/2020) we were in the Skoda salon of the city of Petrozavodsk, Lesnoy prospect, 55. I would like to share my negative impression of the work of your staff. We arrived at 13:30 with the hope of buying a Skoda Rapid car, considering options for a car loan and / or cash. At the meeting, the managers were not the only ones who showed interest in clients, until we went around the whole salon and kind people did not tell us where to look for them. After my husband and I came to their table, we had to elicit information about the availability of cars and their prices, as well as trim levels. When asked about promotions and discounts, they looked at us as crazy. It's a shame because we are your regular customers. We bought a Skoda Yeti from you in 2014 and did all THAT only from you (more than once every year) !!!!!! Paying without delay and full price !!! And it seems that a car was found, we learned about the possibility of a car loan from a girl (the only one in the salon who, in its place, everything is available and clearly told and showed a big thank you to her). We drove off with my spouse to think, when we returned to the salon (about 15:30) to talk about purchasing a car, the picture was exactly the same. The managers were busy with themselves. My husband had to come to the salon twice, no one approached him. He crawled all over the car in the hope that they would react to him, but alas. He himself approached and said that he would like to pick up the car from the exhibition for cash even today, to which they slightly grinned at him and said that they had to wait more than a month since the place could not be empty ...... ?????? WHAT!!!!????? Oh my God, so I see you buy cars every 5 minutes and you do not value customers ..... very sorry. Not 2-3 days, but a month ..... strange. Considering that we came from the Leningrad region 300 km. This was the last straw from which you turned around and went to Another salon. In which they will quickly provide us with a car and make nice gifts! P.S. I recommend changing staff! Sincerely, Olga!

I wanted to change the front levers on the Ford S-MAX. On the phone with the technician we discussed all the points: app. my parts, all work (removal of protection, replacement of levers, similarity collapse). The technician announced the total cost of 4800r. Upon arrival, the cost has changed by a thousand rubles. The argument of a specialist: "the spare parts are not ours." Despite the fact that everything was agreed in the smallest detail. And we are not talking about the final cost and its quantitative component, but about lying orally. Change the cost by at least 50 rubles, this is already dishonest in relation to the client. Wasted time is an irreplaceable resource. If we have agreed on one thing "on the shore", we must keep our word. I used the services of a Ford dealer quite often. Always satisfied with the work done and the attitude. The latest electrical work is especially impressive. Experts really looked for the problem without trying to maximize the benefits, as is often the case. Perhaps it was technical. I think the level of service quality has dropped dramatically. Feeling like work is not fun or financially motivated. Perhaps and alas, the last arrival here.

Ordinary dealership. The foremen are polite, competent, but they don't like to call back when you ask the administrator to call them back. The waiting area is comfortable, free coffee pleased.
