Some totally murky dealer. I wanted to buy a car from them, not only did they wind up the mandatory special stages by 100+ thousand, they still don't call back when you are interested in the details of the purchase. The feeling that they have one and a half managers working for the entire salon, who are always busy. If you call - then the operator can only hear "all managers are busy". If, nevertheless, it is possible to achieve an "audience" with the manager, then the next call is possible only after 4 hours, and they can dynamite all day. I draw conclusions based on the results of communication with this "salon" for 3 days

I ordered a car in the Hyundai block, the managers are young, until you call someone, no one will come up, everyone is busy with their own business. In terms of delivery time, the car was oriented to wait a month, but I can't believe in fairy tales, so I prepared to wait and endure longer. So far, no one has called in 20 days of waiting and has not offered any options or announced the terms, in general, customers are not monitored either. The fact that you think that with a suitcase of money will be waiting for you there, you are deeply mistaken. You need a loan, life insurance and comprehensive insurance. We will monitor the situation. Let's live and see.

Today, a dream come true - I left the salon on my brand new Creta. I liked the service very much, my old car was accepted at a very reasonable price. Engaged in our purchase and sale manager - Savchuk Fedor, made a very good impression. Very calmly, without fuss, he told everything, showed it. I was very worried, thanks to Fedor for an individual approach. The salon was very pleased - as a gift we received floor mats, I note - excellent quality. I hope the car will only please)

On the way from Petrozavodsk to Murmansk, a V-ribbed belt broke at my Santa near the junction on Medgoru. I was with my family with a small child, and apart from calling Hyundai Petrozavodsk, I didn’t come up with anything else (from Murmansk myself), explained the situation, made recommendations by phone to call a tow truck and promised to break through the availability of parts for repair. He called a tow truck from Medgory to the Hyundai service. Arrived and despite the workload of other customers, the guys from the service center in 10 minutes helped with the shipment and acceptance of the machine, for which they are grateful. Unfortunately, no parts were available for my first generation Santa at this time, but they promised to order and make a car as quickly as possible. Literally the day after a full inspection of the car in the morning, problems were voiced, solutions were proposed taking into account the delivery time of the parts (which was important, because to take my family to Murmansk I rented a car and every day was important to me). To be honest, I expected at least a week to repair taking into account the order of parts. However, literally on the third day after putting the car into service, they called me and said that my car was ready, all work was done and I can pick it up. I would especially like to mention the employee of the service department, Yevgeny Kuznetsov, who not only kept me up to date on all matters and was in touch, but even supported me mentally. For which he thanks me and my entire family. It’s rare now to meet such sensitive and sympathetic people. In terms of quality, I’ll say one thing: I got to Murmansk perfectly and that problem in the engine compartment, which I couldn’t find and eliminate for about a year (with a cold whistle in the belt area, replaced just before the trip and timing, and poly-V-belt, tensioner, all videos , and the wedge caught the air conditioning compressor), now no longer appears. Thank you Hyundai Petrozavodsk service. Clearly, efficiently and inexpensively. Well done!
