There was a problem unlocking the radio, after replacing the battery, the radio asked to enter a pin code which I did not have. I turned to an official Nissan dealer in Petrozavodsk, first wrote an e-mail, and was surprised by the quick response, they asked my phone number, and on the same day they called and set a recording time. As a result, my problem was solved as quickly as possible, the next day I arrived, they gave me a pin code and the radio tape recorder worked. And all this for free! Quality service. I got to the oil change stock. It turned out very cheaply. The recording is scheduled forward for a week approximately, but you can choose a convenient time or record in the morning, and hand over the car in the evening.
