I would also like to note the head of customer service Ekaterina, who promptly resolved the issue of entering data on the new owner into the EPTS. The EPTS system is just starting to work, and many questions arise. Ekaterina was able to quickly solve all of them.

Today I rode a Renault captur and left a very good impression of the car. Very good dynamics of the car especially liked the acceleration. And many thanks to the manager for the test drive.

Monopolist. The only Renault dealer for the whole region. In this regard, the registration for repairs in the locksmith shop reaches 30 days. The customer service is extremely unclean and not professional! If the customer service department has such a level, then what to expect from other departments ???

Yesterday we visited your salon, I wanted to buy a car, but it didn’t work, at first they said that not one salon will not give out epts on weekends, you need to book a car in advance, and then the manager Ekaterina behaved rudely explaining to us that the salon is not obliged to adapt to customers, due to the fact that we had to adapt to her shift and warn in advance when we arrive, we went to a neighboring salon and bought a car there without any problems! it is good that the city has a large selection of salons with adequate and professional managers!
