I came for dental treatment, and in the end I went to a consultation, for which I paid 300 rubles. During the consultation, I received information that was already known to me. Then they signed up for treatment. On the day of my appointment, I was confronted with the fact that there was no doctor and I needed to re-register at the branch to a doctor who was completely unfamiliar to me again, not for treatment, but for a consultation. And this scheme was repeated again. The clinic positions itself as a professional medical institution, but in fact: high cost inappropriate to the declared requirements, poor staff, prejudiced attitude towards patients, long waiting times (at the appointed time, you have to wait 20-30 minutes), the lack of professionalism of doctors - being at 3 consultations so and did not schedule treatment and diagnose. As a result: I wasted time (more than a month) and money, but my teeth were never healed. I do not recommend such specialists to trust their teeth. And now let's talk about the "dental implantation specialist" 😏 I came to the appointment, and what do you think happened next ?? Then the most interesting thing was, because I did not get to the reception)) The question arises: why? Everything is simple - the "doctor" decided to discuss with the "patient" who was in front of me very important topics regarding her personal life .... I emphasize - AT MY RECEPTION TIME !!!! WHICH LASTED MORE THAN 10 MINUTES !!! As a well-mannered and educated person, I naturally went into the hall, away from the office, so as not to listen to this "important information". INSTEAD TO ACCEPT ME AT MY SAME TIME, YOUR "DOCTOR", seeing me and not answering my: "Hello!", Said only IMMEDIATELY (looking from head to toe) - "Well, wait!". For 100 thousand and more, I have to wait for a "super doctor" who did not like me outwardly and she decided not to rush ??? And after that I discussed my personal topics for another 15 minutes! You call THIS PROFESSIONALS OF YOUR BUSINESS ??? COME AGAIN?? God Save! ONLY IF I WANT A SMILE OF A SICK AND OLD ANACONDA! I have something to compare with, I travel a lot around the world and this is not the first time I come across grief with doctors, but you just have 100 LEVEL, rudeness and hypocrisy !!! BRIGHT EXAMPLE: YOUR employee called to clarify the situation and apologize, and as a result, she recorded our personal conversation, without my knowledge, than by doing it even more insult! I emphasize that the phone call was made not from a corporate phone, on which it is permissible to record, but from a personal one !!! In addition to the fact that there are no professionals here (All professionals are on sick leave🤣🤣🤣), there is also a violation of the law and oppression of freedom of speech !!!

Врачи в этой клинике навязывают дополнительное лечение которое совсем вам не нужно. Сказали про чистку зубов от камня (которого в жизни у меня не было). Ради интереса пошёл на консультацию в другую клинику и вы не поверите я ЗДОРОВ!!! Советую пересмотреть подход к людям в этой клинике!!!
