Beautiful interior, beautiful dishes, good tea, delicious bun with raspberries, polite staff, namely the staff in the hall. This is all that I could appreciate in this institution, although the goal was to have lunch, and not just drink tea. The impression was spoiled by the cook, who also deprived of the opportunity to dine. Ordered a trout steak with asparagus. Everything is fine, they brought a dish that looked delicious. But! There was hair in the asparagus !!! The waitress apologized as best she could, arguing that "our chef has short hair"! They took the dish and offered two options to choose from: wait 40 minutes for a new dish to be prepared (the chef has other orders), or they will remove the hair and I can continue to eat! The choice is gorgeous! I can thank you for your sincerity! Or they could just remove the hair and silently bring me the same plate. I stopped for tea with a bun, hoping that the bun was not baked by the same "short-haired" chef who cooked trout and asparagus.

A cafe with a fairly quick service, but since the service is at the table, just drinking coffee is slower than it could be. However, there is a takeaway coffee option. The coffee itself is not bad, although the serving invariably surprises me - a plastic tube instead of a long spoon ...

A cozy and pleasant place for an early breakfast, opens already at 8 am. Delicious Vologda cottage cheese with sour cream and dried cranberries. The French omelet was average but not particularly enthusiastic. But the pancakes were crispy - with a golden crust, but soft and tender. It would be nice to serve them with sauce not on mayonnaise, but on sour cream - with salmon it will be softer and tastier. Separately, I would like to note tea with raspberries and lindens - the girls themselves brew the collection, it turns out fragrant and tasty.

I have to admit that today we are disappointed with this cafe. This is not the first time we come here as a family. The food is still excellent. But today I'm shooting two stars for service. The waitress didn’t say hello and didn’t warn about the increased expectation. We would have understood everything - one cook worked. But she only explained what was the matter when an hour of our stay had passed and we asked what was going on. Her every appearance was like she was doing us a favor. I hope the cafe will survive and the management will put things in order.
