Within walking distance there are shops, cafes, prosecutors, courts, administrations, council of deputies))). Of the trouble is the local water. It is technical in appearance. With a distinct brown tint. From a conversation with the administrator, I found out that there is such water in the whole city. And that they themselves have to buy bottled water. I did not dare to take a shower, though not a timid dozen. A standard room with dinner and breakfast cost me 2800 rubles per day. Conclusion. In my opinion, the Troitsky Boutique Hotel is very good for living. If not for the local water (God grant health and conscience to the mayors), everything would be super. I recommend to everyone.
